Rowan University is seeking an experienced, adaptable System Administrator to join our Infrastructure Services group. In this position, you will be responsible for developing infrastructure integrations for Rowan University’s Information Resources and Technology division. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise System Administration, you will be a member of the team that supports our cloud environment as well as apply your skills to help support the various IT services offered at the university.
Associate Director for Student Programs and Engagement, Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine Sewell, New Jersey
The candidate will direct and manage all non-academic student activities on the Sewell campus, including student club events, student government events, community service, wellness programs and other engagement programs, as well as school-wide programming. The candidate will provide oversight to produce signature event planning, school-wide wellness programming, student and alumni engagement, social media, the student affairs website, and oversight of the campus food pantries. The candidate will also serve as administrator for student health insurance, provide guidance for students seeking mental health services, serve as an MSPE advisor and a resource person for general student support.
Assistant Vice President for Research Compliance, Chief Research Compliance Officer (CRCO) Glassboro, New Jersey
The Assistant Vice President for Research Compliance/Chief Research Compliance Officer (CRCO) will have responsibility for oversight and support of all research and regulatory compliance activities at Rowan University, including the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for human subjects research, the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC), clinical research integrity and ethics education of both researchers and compliance committee members, developing and implementing auditing/monitoring programs of human, animal, and other research activities, and oversight of the process of monitoring conflicts of interest in research, responsible conduct of research, and research integrity.

Please note that the actual work location is in the DMAHS Office: Quakerbridge Plaza, Hamilton Township, NJ 08619 Provide program support with respect to Medicaid eligibility policy and in the development and testing of the Integrated Eligibility System for New Jersey Medicaid programs. Knowledge of Medicaid eligibility rules, managed care and relevant systems. Monitor and implement client services/assistance programs. Participate in systems development team meetings and provide system development recommendations following Office of Eligibility Policy’s rules and guidelines. Troubleshoots systems issues with programmers for statewide eligibility determining agencies.
Associate Director of Admissions - Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine (SSVM) of Rowan University Glassboro, New Jersey
Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine (SSVM) of Rowan University is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to assume the role of Associate Director for Admissions.  As a key member of the founding administration, this individual will lead the development and oversight of recruitment programs and manage the admissions process for the DVM and 3+4 Accelerated BS/DVM Pathway programs.  Working within the Office of Student Success, the Associate Director for Admissions will interact with various stakeholders across SSVM and Rowan University, including financial aid, registrar, and admissions offices.  The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the shaping of our student body, ensuring high standards of academic excellence, diversity, and a commitment to the SSVM mission.  The Associate Director for Admissions will report to the Associate Dean for Student Success.
