Approved clinical supervision provided toward LCSW/LPC. Gain experience utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a short-term, evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. As part of a multidisciplinary team under the direction of Esther Deblinger, Ph.D., co-developer of TF-CBT, responsibilities include conducting assessments of children who have experienced trauma and providing therapy to children and families impacted by child sexual abuse, physical abuse, and other traumas. Services may be provided in-person and/or by telehealth. Didactics on various topics related to childhood trauma as well as formal training and supervision in TF-CBT provided. A full-time one-year position with an option for additional years is available for qualified candidates interested in this specialized training opportunity.
