The librarian may also be called on to help students use the printing system, log guests onto computers, and help users with library equipment such as microform machines, scanners, copiers, and compact shelving.
They will also provide reference services including providing excellent customer service and assistance to students and faculty members in finding library materials, using the library’s subscription resources, and citing sources. In addition to assisting in-person patrons, they will respond to email, text, or chat questions.
This part-time, hourly position begins on or after Sept. 1 and continues through Dec. 21; it will continue Jan. 17 and continue to May 4. Possible shifts available include Mondays 5-10pm, Tuesdays 5-10pm, Wednesdays 5-10pm, and Thursdays 5-10pm, when the library is open. Please note your availability when you apply. |

We are seeking applicants to teach undergraduate and graduate courses within COE and COB. Specifically, we are seeking applicants that have experience teaching at the University level with qualifications to teach both polymer science/engineering courses and marketing courses to support both our growing polymer science and engineering and entrepreneurial programs on campus. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, the successful candidate will lead research activities, supervise student research teams, and participate in our engineering clinic program. Furthermore, we are seeking applicants with substantial industry experience to support the missions and growing needs of AMMI, COE, and COB.
