The Diversity and Inclusion Master’s Degree program at Rowan University seeks qualified adjunct faculty to teach a graduate capstone seminar for students completing the master’s degree program.  This course provides an integrative and practical learning experience where faculty will serve as a mentor and guide for students to complete an original and impactful community project that reflects and upholds the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications:  Master’s degree in social science or related field with practical experience in applied qualitative research. The candidate will preferably have at least two years of experience with the design, analysis, and presentation of participatory research projects that integrate the voices and positions of diverse stakeholders as well as experience in the use of qualitative research in a variety of organizational structures.
