Position Summary:
The Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine of Rowan University invites applications for a Fourth Year Clinical Coordinator, to coordinate fourth-year student clerkships as well as to develop and facilitate relationships with affiliate partners in keeping with the values and goals of the school. This is a full-time, 12-month position, reporting to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the fourth-year clinical clerkships for students entering the final phase of the curriculum including scheduling and managing assessments for each clerkship.
- Maintain longitudinal assessment dashboard for fourth-year clerkship reports.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships as the liaison between external partners, students, and the Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine.
- Form and maintain clinical affiliation agreements, ensure adherence to guidelines, and maintain a database of partnership agreements.
- Facilitate required training of clinical affiliate educators.
- Participate in the veterinary curriculum as appropriate.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and to engage in new projects on short notice.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License.
- Demonstrated ability to manage software databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in education, business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the veterinary profession.
- Experience in Acuity Insights One45 software.

The Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine is located on the Glassboro, New Jersey west campus, 22 miles southeast of Philadelphia. The Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine will admit its first class of DVM students in the fall of 2025. Facilities will include an academic teaching facility aimed at the delivery of pre-clinical training, a small animal teaching hospital, and a research facility.
