Rowan University continues to enhance its educational reach into new areas.  Our Workforce Learning Solutions department develops innovative ways to meet students where they are to make Bachelor’s degrees possible for more people every day.

We're looking for a National Account Manager to own and grow our relationships with NABTU (North America's Building Trades Unions) affiliates. This is a key role that combines relationship management with strategic recruitment initiatives, focusing on long-term partnership development and student recruitment.

The primary focus is on developing long-term relationships that drive student enrollment and program participation.
  • Organize, direct and lead recruitment efforts by working directly with union leadership, training coordinators, and members to identify potential students. This often requires presenting our programs at union meetings, trade shows, and industry events, highlighting how Rowan University degrees align with their members’ career development goals.
  • Manage the entire account lifecycle from initial outreach through ongoing relationship maintenance. This includes regular check-ins with key stakeholders, tracking enrollment metrics from each union, and identifying opportunities to expand our partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including admissions, marketing, and program leadership to ensure Rowan is meeting the specific needs of union members. This requires gathering feedback from NABTU partners and helping shape how our programs evolve to better serve this audience.

The success of the National Account Manager is tracked through a performance dashboard that focuses on relationship strength, recruitment results, and account growth.
