This position is based at Rowan Online’s dynamic and interactive team hub, located in downtown Glassboro, NJ. Our staff thrive in our contemporary collaborative workspace, intentionally designed to facilitate meaningful connections and innovative thinking. In addition to the synergistic work environment, this role is eligible to participate in Rowan's Flexible Work Arrangement (hybrid work) policy. To ensure exceptional support for our online learners, in-office and remote days follow a consistent pattern, with regular adjustments for strategic meetings and special events. This student-centered role occasionally requires evening and weekend hours, along with occasional local travel to provide diverse engagement opportunities with Rowan Online’s learning community.

The Online Faculty Success and Analytics Coordinator strengthens our instructional ecosystem by providing the data, insights, and forecasting needed to ensure online faculty are fully supported from recruitment through course delivery. This role ensures Academics, Operations, and Faculty Success have reliable, actionable information on staffing needs, onboarding effectiveness, and course delivery patterns. By transforming data into meaningful insights, this position contributes directly to improved faculty preparedness, a more efficient staffing model, and stronger student outcomes.

What will you be doing?

In close collaboration with the academic office and internal operational partners, collect, maintain, and validate information related to online faculty staffing needs, hiring pipelines, and course demand cycles.

Partner with the academic office to support reporting processes related to course planning, faculty engagement, and operational alignment.

Work collaboratively with academic leadership to review staffing and course scheduling patterns, identifying alignment needs, capacity considerations, and operational opportunities.

Coordinate with the academic departments and Faculty Success team to inform hiring timelines, workforce planning, and term-based course preparation.

Engage academic partners to identify communication trends, faculty support needs, and operational improvement opportunities.

Develop and share recurring dashboards and reports with academic and operational leadership to guide planning and resource alignment.

Recommend enhancements to onboarding processes, communication systems, training touchpoints, and workflow structures in partnership with the academic departments.

Support and project manage special initiatives in coordination with academic leadership, including scheduling alignment, guided pathways coordination, faculty readiness support tracking, and term planning initiatives.

Cross-train to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and faculty support efforts in collaboration with academic partners during peak periods.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Rowan University policies and applicable agreements, working alongside the academic office as appropriate.

Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives with academic and operational stakeholders to strengthen the overall faculty support model.

Contribute to a positive, service-oriented environment that elevates the online faculty experience through collaborative partnership with the academic office.
What do we require from you?

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

At least two years of experience in administrative support, HR, faculty support, operations, analytics, or related fields.

Experience working with advanced Excel Functions, Data Automation Tools, reporting tools, or dashboards.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.

Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree, data analytics certification, or training in institutional research.

Experience in institutional research, workforce analytics, or higher-ed data systems.

Experience building dashboards, advanced data visualizations, or preparing complex reports.

Understanding of online learning environments and online faculty workforce challenges.

SQL familiarity or experience with data automation tools.

For internal applicants, salary is determined per the Pay Adjustment formula (NJAC 4A:3-4.9 & 4.10)
