Rowan University is accepting applications for the position of full-time temporary Visiting Professor in the Respiratory Therapy Program. Offering entry-level and degree-advancement programs leading to the Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy, the Rowan University Respiratory Therapy program is located in the new Health Sciences Center on the campus of Rowan College of Jersey in Sewell, NJ.  The entry-level and degree-advancement baccalaureate programs hold provisional accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC). The successful candidate will be expected to be a collaborative member of a dynamic team and to assist with the ongoing development and implementation of the new BS in Respiratory Therapy Entry into Practice program. The successful candidate will be expected to teach didactic and laboratory courses in the program, maintain currency in content and pedagogy through professional development, and provide service to the department in which the program is housed. The Respiratory Therapy program at Rowan is administratively housed within the Rowan-Virtua School of Nursing and Health Professions. The successful candidate will hold a one-year Visiting  Professor position and will report to the Program Director. They will be expected to assist with curriculum and course development within the program, including lab courses, as well as with program assessment, in addition to teaching courses as a full-time faculty member
